The van 'Percy' was constructed last August -October and has been in regular use since March this year with great success.The majority of our work comes from a regular Friday evening spot in a village local to us (many people have asked us to come to neighbouring villages), although we have used it at several other parties and events.The pizzas taste out of this world and once your clients taste them they will never want anything other than a wood fired pizza. I personally constructed this to suit weddings, parties or events where the usual box catering trailer would be an eye sore.It has an American airstream style to it and has regularly been praised for its unique design. It has an Italian wood fired oven built into the front dome of the van with a fridge underneath. It has 240v hook up with built in lights and plugs etc. All our pizzas are hand made and rolled which is a treat to watch and once cooked they smell and taste delicious.

When this was built the aim was for my wife and her friend to run the business but unfortunately my wife was offered a full time position of work which she couldn't turn down, and because of this her work load has become to great to continue with it.
