thanks for the last post,david.
i purchased a very busy chip shop / takeaway earlier this year,(t/o was £2400/2500 p.w.),but as i found to my great expense,i can not cook (d`oh),which is why i would like to rent / sell it out to anyone with experience.
it is fully kitted out for fish & chips,kebabs and pizza also room for curries too.
