Get Started - Small Jacket Potato Unit Towed By a Bicycle Around Offices?

Dear Sir/Madam

I have for many years thought about selling jacket potatoes on a mobile basis,
I now live on the river Thames in-between Wands worth bridge and Battersea Bridge.I can see a huge market for jacket potatoes along the offices etc of the river Thames and surrounding office areas (SW11),

My set up is a small 5star trailer that is towed by a Brompton bicycle which
is also a London classic brand, the set up is small, but highly attractive,

All the market research I have done over many months has got me to the stage
Where I must set up this business and see how far I can grow this very much
required product.

Organic food I think, is the future with millions of people,

Anyway that’s the basis of my must do business, 1 small towable unit with a
bicycle towing the unit.

My question is what do I require legally to get my business started?
