LPG Fridge Freezer & We Have a Dog - No No With Council

Hi,

We have purchased a catering trailer but have issues regarding food storage as we have a dog at home - a big no, no with our local council.

We intend to purchase an LPG Fridge Freezer and run it overnight at the storage yard where we keep our trailer.

Can anybody tell us if this is a viable option? The other thing we were considering is purchasing a silent or lpg generator and using this overnight.

Thanks

Using Home Address For Catering Business

Hi There,

Running a LPG fridge freezer overnight in a storage yard is certainly an option, will you be running it on electric overnight as opposed to LPG ?(they normally have duel running options)

I know that you mentioned a dog, but if you have your trailer outside your house plugged into the mains is this not satisfactory.

I also remember registering my parent?s home some time back as a food business and they had a dog.

I only used the garage to store mainly frozen foods, burgers, sausages, buns etc and not the kitchen inside house, which did not seem to be a problem.

If these suggestions are no good to you what about:

. Registering a friend/family instead of your home or
. Share an already certified commercial kitchen with another business.

Hope this helps a little.
Regards

David
