Mobile Catering Bain Marie

Hi

Great site! I was wondering when you pre-cooked sausages and burgers and keep them in a Bain Marie do you put them straight in the Bain Marie pot or do you need to have any water in the pot to stop the products sticking to the sides or burning etc

Hi Lee,

All you have to do is fill the Bain Marie with water and turn it on so that it heats up to the desired temperature.

When the right temperature has been reached it’s then ready to store your food in. Check the food regularly with a temperature probe to make sure the food is heated to the right temperature.
