I am in the middle of converting transit van into a burger van need someone in the Manchester area to install LPG pipe to my multipoint water heater, griddle and hob and to do a safety check on gas

The best place to look is on the Gas Safe Register.

There you should be able to search for an LPG qualified technician to work on your catering burger van.

Just make sure that they have experience with LPG as a normal domestic gas installer won't do and is not sufficiently qualified to fit or work on LPG. They should also be able to provide you with a gas test certificate.
