Hello. I love your story you sound just like me :) I want to do exactly what you have done!

So when you started up what did you need all together before you could sell to the public? License, insurance, certificates etc I wouldn’t know where to start or what exactly I need

I’ve always loved food from when I left school I’ve worked in the food business, but I want to be my own boss have my van an sell my own food and travel with it.

Eventually expanding if all goes well, no one believes in me, but I’m going to do this, and make it, for myself and my son.

Could you help me out and talk me through?

Great to hear from you! It can be a bit of a mind field to get started as you don?t know what to do or who to talk to.

When I first started it was exactly like this, traders who were all ready established in mobile catering didn?t really want to help or advise me, so starting was a little tough.
