Do you mean instantaneous water heater or urn?

If water heater rinnai and morco are the commonest fitted, the rinnai is flueless, expensive and now discontinued, Morco d51b, d61b, d61e are all decent machines with spares available from supplier - search Google for "morco products".

All gas appliances must have manufacturers parts fitted and be ce marked, if you describing an old pre-ce urn or Bain marie, and it is faulty you must renew the appliance, this would be cheaper than sourcing a one off burner in any event.
