Hi Chris,

The Best thing to do is to contact your local council who will be able to tell you if you need a license to trade of not - as each council operated differently.

You will also need:

-Up to date food and hygiene certificate
-Gas certificate for trailer equipment
-Electric certificate if you?re using any -Slectrical equipment
-Liability Insurance

These are the main ones you will need to get going in your business.
